1. About GridLogic
GridLogic Ltd is an independent energy broker. We help residential and business customers in the UK compare energy tariffs and switch to a better deal. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Our Services
We provide free energy brokerage services, which include comparing energy deals on your behalf, recommending suitable tariffs, facilitating the switch to a new energy supplier, and providing ongoing account management through our client portal. Our service is free to you as a consumer. We are compensated by energy suppliers when a switch is completed successfully. This does not influence the impartiality of our recommendations — we are contractually obligated to present the most suitable deal for your needs.
3. Your Obligations
When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your energy usage, current supplier, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information may delay or invalidate your switch. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorised to switch the energy supply at the relevant premises.
4. The Switching Process
Once you agree to proceed with a recommended tariff, we will manage the switch on your behalf. Most switches complete within 21 days. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of agreement during which you may cancel without penalty. After this period, cancellation may be subject to the exit terms of your new supplier's contract.
5. Client Portal
Access to the GridLogic client portal is provided to customers who have completed or are in the process of completing an energy switch through us. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us immediately at support@gridlogic.romaniello.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
GridLogic acts as an intermediary between you and energy suppliers. We are not responsible for the performance, pricing, or service quality of any energy supplier once a switch has been completed. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the amount of any direct financial loss directly caused by our negligence, up to a maximum of £500.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GridLogic Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of this website without our prior written consent.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
